- By joining a committee, the Member agrees to all terms stated below.
- This is a rotating savings system (committee / ROSCA).
- Each member contributes a fixed amount regularly.
- Every member receives the full pooled amount once during the cycle.
- Users must provide accurate personal information.
- Platform reserves the right to verify and approve members.
- One user may join multiple committees if eligible.
- Each committee has a fixed number of members.
- Duration is based on total members (e.g., 10 members = 10 cycles).
- Installments can be daily or monthly as defined.
- Members must pay their installment on time.
- Payments can be made via staff collection or approved methods.
- All payments are recorded in the system.
- Each member receives the full committee amount once per cycle.
- Payout order is predefined or decided by system/admin.
- Timely payments are required to ensure smooth payouts.
- Late payments may result in penalties.
- Continuous delays may lead to suspension from the committee.
- Failure to pay installments may result in removal from the committee.
- Guarantor or recovery process may be initiated if applicable.
- Authorized staff may collect payments on behalf of the platform.
- Members must verify staff identity before handing over payments.
- Members can track all transactions via dashboard.
- Payment history and payout schedule are visible in real-time.
- Members cannot exit after joining an active committee without valid reason.
- Replacement member may be required for exit approval.
- All member data is kept secure and confidential.
- Data is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
- Platform acts as a facilitator for managing committees.
- Platform ensures record-keeping and process organization.
- Members are responsible for timely payments.
- Members must follow committee rules and schedules.
- This system operates under applicable laws of Pakistan.
- Governed under relevant financial and contract regulations.
- Disputes will be resolved through internal review or local jurisdiction.
- Platform is not liable for delays due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Fraud or misuse of system will result in account termination.
- Platform may update terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of major updates.
