Royal Asset Management – Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the legal terms and conditions governing your investment with Royal Asset Management. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. INTRODUCTION

- Royal Asset Management ("Company") is an investment management platform where users ("Investors") can invest funds for profit-sharing purposes.

- By investing, the Investor agrees to all terms stated below.

2. NATURE OF INVESTMENT

- This is a profit-sharing investment model.

- Returns are NOT guaranteed.

- Profits depend on actual business performance.

3. INVESTMENT AMOUNT

- Minimum Investment: 50,000 PKR

- Maximum Investment: Unlimited

- Investment must be deposited through approved / Mentioned payment methods.

4. INVESTMENT TENURE

- Minimum duration: [6 months / 12 months]

- Early withdrawal may result in penalties.

5. PROFIT SHARING

- Profit will be distributed on a monthly basis.

- After the initial 2% profit, any additional returns will vary based on business performance.

- No fixed or guaranteed returns.

6. LOSS POLICY

- Investor understands that losses may occur.

- Losses will be shared based on investment ratio.

- Company is not liable for market-based losses.

7. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

- Profit will be credited between [1st – 5th] of each month.

- Payments will be made via bank / wallet transfer .

8. EARLY WITHDRAWAL

- Withdrawal before maturity requires [30 days notice].

- Early exit penalty may apply (10-15%).

9. USE OF FUNDS

- Funds will be invested in:

- Businesses

- Trading

- Assets

- Exact allocation may vary.

10. MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

- Company has full authority to manage investments.

- Investors have no direct control over operations.

11. REPORTING & TRANSPARENCY

- Monthly performance reports will be provided.

- Investors can track investment via dashboard.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

- Investor data will remain confidential.

- Company strategies are protected.

13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

- This agreement follows Pakistan laws.

- Governed under:

- Contract Act 1872

- Companies Act 2017

14. SHARIAH COMPLIANCE (OPTIONAL)

- Business may operate under Islamic finance principles.

- No interest (Riba) involved.

15. TAXATION

- Investors are responsible for personal tax.

- Company may deduct tax if required by law.

16. EXIT POLICY

- Investors can exit after tenure completion.

- Funds returned within [20–30 days].

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- Disputes will be resolved via:

- Arbitration OR Local Court

18. FORCE MAJEURE

- Company is not liable for:

- Natural disasters

- Economic crises

- Government restrictions

19. FRAUD & MISUSE

- Fraud by investor or misuse of system will result in account termination.

20. AMENDMENTS

- Company may update terms at any time.

- Users will be notified of major changes.

21. ACCEPTANCE

- By investing, the Investor agrees to all terms and conditions.
